While pursuing individual excellence, SESC also place great emphasis on teamwork as well as creating a conducive working environment. Its objective is to draw enthusiastic participation from every one. To that effect, SESC has over the years devised and put in place KAIZEN activities such as small group activity (or QCC), employee suggestion system (KOAN) and many other activities.
